Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
01Who is responsible
[PLACEHOLDER: legal name], [PLACEHOLDER: business address], is responsible for your data. For privacy questions, email [PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email].
02Data about you, our customer
- Account: your name and email address, used to sign you in.
- Setup: your business name, website, your name as sender, what you sell, the signs of need you picked, country, city, client types, email language and any result you choose to share. We use these to build your lists and draft emails.
- Time zone: your device's time zone, so lists start at 6am where you are.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Card details go to our payment provider, Dodo Payments; we never see or store them.
- Usage: the statuses you set on leads (contacted, replied, booked, not a fit) and your answers to “Is this a good lead?”.
03Data about people on lists
Lists are made of businesses, but they include a person: the decision-maker. For each one we keep their name and job title as published on the company's own website or in Google results, a link to that source, and their business email address. We also keep public business details from Google Maps and the measurements behind each sign of need, such as a Google PageSpeed test, the website's security certificate, its email domain's DNS records or its Google reviews.
We use this so our customers can offer that business a service it shows a sign of needing. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: business contact details, used for business purposes, with a clear way to opt out. Every draft email ends with an opt-out line.
If you appear on a list and want to be removed, email [PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email]. We delete your details from every list and keep you off all future lists.

06How long we keep data

- Your account: kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it.
